1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Express Shipping: 2–5 business days (if available)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

3. International Shipping

Crafyn may ship to international locations. International delivery times typically range between 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours.

5. Delays and Issues

While we work with reliable courier partners, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to:

Weather conditions
Customs processing
Carrier delays
Incorrect shipping information

Crafyn is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist in resolving delivery issues whenever possible.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Crafyn is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
